Other treatment
There are a few things that may help. First, masturbate a few hours before intimacy with your partner. This will relieve sexual tension in the body and it will therefore take more time for arousal in the near future.
Daily Kegel exercises are another option. These exercises strengthen the PC muscles which contribute to control over the penis.
Antidepressants are sometimes prescribed because a side effect of these medications is delayed ejaculation.
You may also try the "Stop and Start" method. This technique involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate. Remove stimulation for 30 seconds and then resume. Repeat until the desired moment of ejaculation is reached.
Finally, there is something called the "Squeeze Technique." This involves having your partner squeeze the penis where the head (glans) joins the shaft when you are about to ejaculate. Squeeze for 30 seconds and then resume intercourse. If the desire to ejaculate resurfaces, repeat the exercise.
